Move the US server to west coast
How would it benefit the server:
Less ping for Australians
Potential Issues/Exploits:
People on the east coast will have to deal with like 100 more ping.
Additional notes:
People in Australia will have near the same ping as Americans on the East coast
Gmod is really popular in Australia, and it'd help Zarp become more popular with Australian players.
