so, EMP locks a topic because somebody wants to buy ssrp cash with mc cash, both servers are from zarp, and he locks it with the intent of saying: this isnt allowed
but people have been trading pointshop points for ssrp cash too and that is allowed?
those are not the same servers, so is that or is that not allowed?
make it more clear

if you find this completely uneccesary just remove it, idgaf i'm just asking
