A new player joins the server and wants to know how he can report another player, he also states he has sufficient evidence. Explain how you'd go about this and resolve the situation. I will tell him to upload his proof to Imgur.com then if the proof is good i am going to mute/kick/ban the player who did something bad and then tell him what he did wrong.

Explain what you would do in a situation where a player was chat spamming.

I will tell the player to not do this again. If he does it again i will mute him for 5 min. If he continues i will mute him for 20 min. If the player still continues chat spamming i will mute him for 1 hour. Then i will kick him. If he comes back and does this again i will mute him for 24 hours.

Explain how you'd deal with a player that's harassing and disrespecting another player in-game.

I will verbal warn him. If he continues i will mute him for 10 min. If he still continues i will kick him. If he disrespect then i will ban him for 24 hours.

Why should you be chosen? I think i should be choosen because i really want to help the community. I love the Zarp community. I love Morgan too. I love Helping new people and stopping bad people.

Your application looks extremely effortless to me, i would recommend making it a little longer where possible.
