TOPIC: Zanster/James Smith's Moderator Application

Hello, this is my Moderator Application for the ZARP, DarkRP, Garry's Mod server. Feel free to give your opinions and try to give me good feedback which I could work on in the future, cheers.

RP Name: Zanster but also known as James Smith/Jordan Lewis (depending on which I prefer).

Estimated server time: Around 50 hours.
Languages I speak: I speak English but I am currently learning Dutch, French (français) and German (deutsch) in school and for friendship purposes.

Explain ''Random Death-Match'' and give an example scenario:
Random Death-Match also known as RDM is when a player kills another player for an invalid reason or no purpose at all. An example is; A player is running around and see's someone that has a weird name and kills them for no valid reason.
Explain ''New Life-rule'' and give an example scenario:
New Life-Rule also know as NLR is when/if you died, you cannot go back the the previous position where you died for 3 minutes or more. An example is; A player is killed by a thief and wants to go back to get revenge on that thief by killing him.
Explain ''Meta-Gaming'' and give an example scenario:
Meta-Gaming is when a player is talking about in-game information (advertising) on the OOC channel also know as ''Out of character''. An example is; A player is advertising his newly reformed organisation and/or clan on the OOC channel. This is Meta-Gaming and is supposed to use the /advert key to advertise his in-game information.

Why I should be chosen as a Moderator (150+ words):
I believe that I play often (atleast 2/3 hours per day) and I also believe that I role-play very well. I am trying to learn different types of languages instead of my own (English) so that I can communicate with others on the server and others off the server. I believe that I am a very hard working person and I try my best to get the job done. I use my power for good purposes not silly ones and I only use an amount that is needed. I have never been banned on the any ZARP servers either which shows that I am very loyal to the server and how much I enjoy it. I really like working with other people and learning new things everyday. I enjoy and believe that I am very attached to what I am doing, for example, if there is a problem on one of our servers (an argument maybe), I will work at that argument until it gets 100% solved and fixed which is good for helping members of the server. I have knowledge in all roles of the server and I am very up-to date with patches and updates that a released. It takes courage and bravery to step into the game for me personally as I sometimes have minor anxiety attacks and I'm very paranoid about what people think about me, pushing all this aside, I can stand up to these faults with good-work.
Extra Information:
Time able to play per day: Usually 5/6 hours on weekdays and 6-12 hours on weekends. (This may change if anything new pops up).

I am also going to donate in the near... near future.
