Story - What happend?
The server had no staff, 3 players decided to use the same name "I Am Pond" and mass RDA at spawn with them joined four other cops, their names as I recall: P000D, Neon something, F**KING DEG***NRT and the other Hazza_B, they were all cops, I demoted them a few times for the reason "RDA" as there were no staff, this continued for an hour as 2 staff came online but they were afk, this was inflicted by the fact they didn't respond my PM's nor my F1 Requests.
I was warned for demoting one of the mass random arresters as I broke a rule. In my point of view, breaking that rule should be at a maximum a verbal warning as it was done for the good of the server's players and no staff handled the situation which was going on for an hour and a half.
I ask of you to overlook this warning and give me a verbal one insted. I admited to breaking the rule without denying anything, I respected the staff who decided to give me the warning and cooperated with him at any possible way.

Proof - Any proof on a video/screenshot that clearly show what happened?
I have recorded a short video of the situation that was at spawn I'm not sure that this shows all the I am Pond Players but I'm sure it's enough to prove my reason for demoting these cops:

Please consider yourself in this situation. No staff, and all players who spawn are sent to jail. I have another video of proof but it will take a day to upload and I hardly see it needed as the first one shows quite enough of the situation.

With the policy I think you should've been verbally warned. Really find it weard he is getting warned for this.

This is why the demoting for rulebreaks rule shouldn't exist. They actually expected you to wait for staff who clearly weren't coming anyway...

Next time if something like this breaks out again, could you make a forum post asking staff to get on? So in that way, we can be alerted quicker and that all staff will see that help is needed. Thanks!

Seems more like the best reaction to the situation you were in, doesn't make sense for you to be punished for it.

What if a staff member never shows because it was late in the evening? Personally they should add in an acception in the demotion rule, he should have been fully allowed to do what he did. If you're going to do that then at least do some f1s that is the whole idea of your staff powers...

Never deal with rulebreaakers by breaking rules yourself just play another server intell it goes away also
