How would you deal with a disrespectful player?: Firstly I would try and contact the player being disrespected on steam chat to check if it was a banterful action (as an alternative to this I would just monitor the situation too be sure). I would then contact the user who is disrespecting by using the microphone or chat feature, asking him to stop if he doesn't stop I will be forced to gag him for a few minutes. If the disrespect continues I would ban him for at least 2 - 5 days. If the player comes back I will be accepting and hopeful that the ban has helped his attitude.

How would you deal with a player that is Mic Spamming?:
If I see a player clearly mic spamming for over 15 secs he will receive a written warning or verbal telling him to stop. If he ignores me and continues I will kick him from the server. If he then joins back and mic spams I will ban him for 30 m - 1 hour. If the mic-spammer joins back I will be accepting and hopeful that the ban has helped his attitude.

How would you deal with a cheater/hacker?: I would anti-cheat the suspected hacker. (For me to do this the suspected player would have to present consistent evidence of a certain hack like wall hacks,aim assist or bhop scripts.) If the anti cheat is possotive... He would be permanently banned (As VAC would do)

Why should I be chosen?: I think I should be chosen because I have a clean record on all ZARP servers since I rejoined zarp (3 weeks before I got moderator on SSRP) up until now. I have had no disputes aside from one player who I now am on very good terms with. I was an Ex-SSRP moderator and carried out my duties professionally. Most importantly, I should be picked because I am an extremely respecting when it comes to other players within the ZARP community and without.

Side Note: Apologies for low activity ... I find myself viewing my favorites tab and seeing the server with 0 players on the server and feel that joining a currently empty server would be boring.
