Explain "Random Death Match" and give an example scenario.
Random Deathmatch (RDM) , It sounds at first kind of a complicated term but when you put it simply it means : "Don't randomly kill people as you please". This means you have to have an actual VALID reason to kill a person.
Basicly, If I was a Police Officer. I couldn't just walk about shooting everyone as I please just because they are infront of me. The only reason you can kill people are:
•Mugging. via /me
•Failing to do your RP command (/me)
•Hitman and must have a valid hit on the person via /hit
•Raiding.

Not Allowed Kills:
• Player X looked at you funny.
• Player I won't buy from your shop.
• Player X called you mean names.


Explain "New Life Rule" and give an example scenario.
New Life Rule (NLR) Basicly means once you die, You have forgot your previous life, I.E Who killed you, So for a example if you were killed by a Thief raiding your shop, Then you die and a like 20 minutes later you see the same person who killed you and you refuse to sell him you are breaking NLR ( New Life Rule )
A few Examples what you can and can't do.
• You Can't return to the same district as you died (I.E 2 tunnels) for 3 minutes.
• You Can go to any other district if you haven't got a NLR ( New Life Rule Timer there.
• You Can't Go back to the same district and kill the guy who killed you, That'd be NLR (New Life Rule as well as
Revenge Random Deathmatch)
• You Can wait outside the 2 tunnels where you died for your NLR Timer to disappear.

Explain "Metagaming" and give an example scenario.
Metagaming basicy means, Using the wrong chat for the wrong reasons, So for example you can't say /ooc "Hello everyone, Check out my store at banker!, This would be allowed in /advert and not /ooc.

Explain how you would handle the following situation:
Player x accuses player y for RDMing him, the console log shows that player y killed player x.
First, I'd press f1 and left click "Handle This", Then I'd left click again and "Go To" the player in question, So then I will teleport to him and say hey man, I'm here for your f1. So then I'd look at a near by roof and type /tp then I will be teleported to that roof, Then I'd go to Tab and teleport player X to my location, once I heard his side I'd look at TAB and Go to player Y and say I need you for a f1 then type /back Jordan then teleport player Y and listen to his side, if the player in question did break Random Deathmatch I will check his f6 and see if he's got any more warnings for Random Deathmatch and if he has I'd explain what the rule mean and give him another warning for Random Deathmatch, If he never had a warning before for Random Deathmatch I'd explain to him what Random Deathmatch means and give player Y a verbal for Random Deathmatch. If player Y never admitted to it I'd ask player X for proof and if valid proof was provided then the player will get the same as above, if no proof was taken then I'd say I couldn't do much.

Explain how you would handle the following situation:
Player x accuses player y for breaking NLR, the kills are pretty close together in console (a few lines apart) at a peak time.
Firstly, I'd press f1 and left click handle this, then left click again and go to player X, then I'd say to him I'm here for his f1 and then look at a near by roof and type /tp then look at tab and find player X and teleport him to my location, So then I'd listen to his side then open up tab and look for player Y and teleport to him and say I'm teleporting him for a f1. So then I'd ask player Y for his side of the story and if player Y admitted to breaking New Life Rule I will check his f6 menu and see if he's been warned before for NLR (New Life Rule), If he has then I'd explain what the rule meant and then warn the player for New Life Rule, If the player X never had any warning prior to my situation I would explain to hiim what New Life Rule meant and then give him a verbal and let him on his way. If player Y doesn't admit to breaking New Life Rule then I would ask player X for proof and if proof was provided then player X would receive a warning if he has been warned prior before to my f1 situation, If the proof wasn't provided then I'd tell the client that maybe try to take a screenshoot or stuff next time and say as they're no proof sorry I can't do much and teleport them both back to there previous location and mark the f1 as finished.


Explain how you would handle the following situation:
Player x calls for help in the OOC chat because his bank is being raided
First I'd type /ooc "Player X", You can't do that buddy! Please user /cr or /pm a police officer to come and help you out man!, If the player in question does it again then I'd teleport to the player and tell him in person he can't do that, then if he proceeds to do it again I would mute his chat for 1 minute and tell him once more what he is doing is against the rules and will get him in to trouble for it if he continues.

Experince
I've been staff before for Semi Serious roleplay, I've been a Moderator twice and an Administrator twice, during both of they times I've tried my very best to ensure everyone's satisfaction is up to best and enforcing the rules so everyone can have fun and enjoy them self's. My first time as a moderator, I reached Admin after trying for 3 weeks then I became an Administrator and was that rank for about 5 month's until something happened witch brought that suddenly to a hill and I was no longer Admin any more. I know how to deal with mostly every single f1 that can be brought to my attention by players who are online playing the server.

My Work:
I've worked my hardest through many times while I was staff, I've helped everyone the best I could possibly help and enforce the rules to everyone who doesn't know them, I think I found myself as a fair admin who got along with most people as well as making sure the everyone is happy and no rule breaks where going away un-noticed, I always tried my hardest on everything I done prior to when I was staff, Then I resigned as I was dumb not thinking straight.

My Time:
I'm online most of the day, with roughly 5 hours a day just on zarp alone, Helping out new people as well as helping out staff who are in need of help with there f1 or help them understanding the ways of handling tricky f1's.

Trust:
Now I know when I resigned I done something stupid, now ever since I've been back I've been trying my best to speak to everyone and make them feel happy and welcomed during the temspeak as well as helping new players understanding the rules as well as looking at staff doing f1's, I've tried my best to show most people that mistakes are always there and everyone does them, it's not a mistake if you keep doing it, So that's why I'm applying to show that I am still the same guy who is eager to help out everyone staff or not on SSRP as well as Teamspeak, So hopefully you guys will understand me and hopefully let me become apart of the Staff Team again.

Your trust section is irrelevant, i for one do not trust you at all still, and i don't think you have made much effort to become more trusted.

How have I tried to improve my trust?
Now I know some of you still have trust issues with myself, However hopefully this post and my actions in game will improve your opinion on myself, So let's get right in to in then shall we, Every day I've been making loads of f1's in game and being respectful and showing players as well as staff to the best of my ability and showing them how to deal with stuff in game, I've tried my best and that will hopefully make you know that what I done was stupid and even though I wasn't the ideal staff member but hopefully the good stuff that I've done will help you make up your mind weather to plus support me or negative support me.

Ingame:
While I have been in game, I've tried my best to interact with everyone including staff and showing them I'm still the same guy who's from Scotland not UK and I've tried my best to improve my self on every negative thing about me but sadly I can't do it all, I've helped many new people learning new things and showing them how zarp is dfferent to any other server out there as that's how we get to make new players as word gets spread around. I've done many new stuff that I found hard during this whole thing but let's just give it a shot and see how it goes.

Teamspeak:
I've been in multiple chat rooms with many different people to see how they are and if they need any help, I've tried to stay positive on many things as Zarp is like my online Home to me.

Hreat guy. Was a great admin. He did do something bad He made his mistakes. Why nt another chance lets not grieve Him but instead inspire him and make him confident
