Story: I Was Rading A Base With My Thunder Gun Then All The Sudden I Time Out.

if you timed out and it was not a server sided problem they cant refund you but if it was a server crash then you will get refunded.this will probably get denied because you got no screenshot of the
game console to actually show us its a server issue

This wasn't an issue on the servers side, this was an issue with your connection.

I timed out earlier aswell, didn't lose anything though. And my connection was perfect.

So My Wifi Is Kinda Bad And My Brother Was Messing Around With The Wifi Box
