Okay, my brother bought vip long time ago on his account

and he's not playing anymore on zarp, can i transfer vip from his account to my account ?

i tried to add redpowder, emp but they didn't accept the friend request yet ( for like 1 week )

and i cant add chutek because his friends list is full..

by the way i think that my brother was staff on ssrp ( mod or admin i dont remember )
