the person to handle this request was originally keith . as he is banned i will take over the report and ~~have an answer for you by tomorrow~~

I have taken a look at the report and came to the following conclusion

Conclusion

I can clearly see this person was trying to scam you and the moment he did a admin banned him for his rule breaks. 
I AM TERRIBLY SORRY that you had to wait this long for your money The person who was handling the report for you is no longer staff on our server and is currently banned. 

I will make sure an owner will refund your money asap!
