Story: So I Went On Sever 2 And I Found A Base To Raid & Then I Looked It Had Nothing & I Had My Emp Equipped & Then It Was Saying To Free Up Some Storage Space When I Had Enough Space But I Could Not Holster it!

You should've palced something in the banker and holstered it R.I.P You

i could not it said i had to free some storage space but i could because it would not go in my inventory

Currently there is a bug where VIP and boosterpacks don't work. Due to thas reasons some ppl cant holstere anything they equip this is a server side issue and you should be refunded when the problem is solved. I will deal with this when the issue with VIP and boosters is fixed.
