TOPIC: Random warn

OK so ill explain the situation. Someone (pugga) put a hit on me. A hit man walks up and says " we can talk about this" and i did not shoot him YET because i know that and that only is RDM but he pulled a machete which is a weapon so i killed him. Pugga then freezes me saying thats RDM and i told him that he pulled out a weapon so i killed him. If this is RDM i would like to know how because in the rules it says "2.1 Random Death Match - In order to kill a player, you must have a role-play-valid reason to do so." so him pulling out a gun on me specifies my rp reason for killing him. Im sorry i do not have proof of him actually pulling a machete out but i hope if you ask pugga i hope he will tell the truth. If you feel like this still deserves a warn then i do not understand as pulling out a weapon as a hit-man aiming at the person with the hit is a valid reason to kill him.

Use the tempplate

In my opinion it's not RDM because it's supposed to be roleplay. However on this server this counts as RDM as he has to shot you first. Something that should be changed tho in these situations,

you need to remember that if somebody puts a hit on you "you don't know" and if you just go ahead and KOS all hitmen its metagaming. Also pulling out a gun is simply not KOS... This warning was valid
