TOPIC: My Gmod is Haunted - Help?

Ok so I was playing on Zarp server 1 this morning, no issues at all. I went off for a few hours, came back and there had been an update, first issue was that loads of my textures were missing so I subscribed to /Zarpcontent and verified cache which worked and brought back all my textures... .however it gave me something else.

I can't figure out how to get rid of them at all, even doing Stopsound in console only stops it for a second. Help?

I`ve had this problem since the update that fcked the sound system up for many people, and for me, I tried to find a fix, but I had no luck, as you said, stopsound doesn`t work cause it just comes back 1 second later. But for me, it just goes away after like an 30-60 mins.

Delete Game_sounds_manifest in your game's folder (That might or might not help).

Happens to me since the febuary update, I just block it out and ignore it, But it seems to be only on zarp for me

I just went back into /zarpcontent and unsubscribed to "Zarp SSRP Content", Textures still working fine and the sound has disappeared.
