What would you like to add?: A rule saying that radio hosts must have base/club where they play music, not running around in the street.
How would it benefit the server/why do you want to add this?
Its annoying when being admin and when you're a new player and you hear all this music and people are running around with their volume turned up to max.
Would it be exploitable, and if, how could we make it non-exploitable?

I would class it as mic spamming myself if there standing in spawn. Not everybody wants to hear music they may not link as soon as they get into the server.
It would be much better if the Radio hosts where in a place where you could go if you wanted to listen or turn on the radio if there added.
