What did the Staff Member(s) do?: He was doing an admin sit with me and decided to give me a warn without any reason or any solid evidence, the warn I revived just said "no reason"

What server(s) was this on?: ssrp 1

Evidence: check my recent warnings

He didn't know he had to put a reason in to warn I told him in admin chat when this happened so now he knows to put a reason when he warns someon

He should have been told about the reason in his training.

He is a new staff member. He might have made a mistake. I don't know the story. But i will for sure look into this for you
