TOPIC: Low FPS on all games, help?

Ever since a few weeks ago all of the games I own run at about 20fps, I need to put them on low or change the resolution to make them run decently.

Help?

I'd try formatting or upgrading your graphics drivers. (Obviously upgrading graphics drivers first.) If none of those two work, upgrade your PC.

Nvm, turns out I had the monitor cable connected in the wrong port so it was using the integrated graphics :/
