Pretty sure they will only transfer your vip if you change your steam account or something.

you cannot give your VIP away. If you go to the VIP page and read the stuff at the bottom you will see it says "ZARP VIP access cannot be transferred or exchanged." If you wanna give someone VIP, that is perfectly fine but then you have to buy it for the person. Just go to his profile and gift it to him
