2Can ganster mug yes or no can gangster carjack yes or no?
3Can mayor have a big gun yes or no or they just can have pistol?
4Can miner mug yes or no?
5Can make a big house with containers ?

2 Gangsters can mug in ally ways or in buildings. They can carjack if the owner is no where near
3. Mayor's can only have pistol
4. Miner cannot mug
