You could as i said pay $19.95 or even pay someone in game cash 30m etc for VIP (They're not allowed to scam)

what is mean scam and what if they scam me are they gonna get punish ?

Scam is for example you pay them 30m for VIP and they keep the money and doesn't gift you VIP, they will be punished if you have proof or if an Admin+ is there as for example as a middleman

It's $19.95, keep an eye on the forums though as people tend to buy and sell VIP for in-game money, but please take note that it is possible for them to scam you of your money but if they're caught and dealt with they will receive a permanent ban. The best thing you can do to negate this is to ask an administrator or higher to overview the trade. Then, if you are scammed he saw it and can punish the scammer right then and there.
