Suggestion Title: Nuclear Launch not working

How would it benefit the server: People able to launch nukes?

Potential Issues/Exploits: N/A

Additional notes: so when I was trying to launch the nuke on server 2 this is menu I got steamcommunity.com/profiles/765611982099...t/313368966848115001 it says I deactivated the nuke when it was even activated in the first place, yes there was 5 cops online and yes there was 25+ players online yet I didn't even have the option to close the nuclear launch menu down the only was to get rid of it was to leave the server and reconnect issuing me to lose my nuclear launch

Please move this to the correct section I accidently forgot to set it to server issues
