What did the Staff Member(s) do?:As Darrenc constantly keeps calling me a "faggot" KapiJam is standing right next to him hearing this all but does nothing.

You should next time make a report against the player first
Admins are not omnipotent, I doubt he'd be ignoring it

I'll speak with the staff member and let him know to step in next time, as well as give the player that disrespected you the proper punishment.
