Rdm is killing someone for no reason which happens a lot, like me killing someone just because they have a skweeky voice, that would be rdm and is forbidden!
Guy1: Going for a nice walk to stretch his legs.
Guy2: Fuck it I'm bored so I'm going to snipe people from a roof top.

NLR Zone means that the district where you got killed is restricted to enter untill 3minutes time limit, are over.
So New Life Rule meaning that when ever a player in DarkRP is killed you must wait a amount of time before returning to the place of death. Zarp has a 3 minute NLR.
Guy1: Dies from being raided.
Guy1: Gets pissed because he has money printers and runs straight back to the place of death to kill the raider.
Raider: Gets killed and reports him.

Say someone is advertising there shop or something in /ooc which you need to use /advert for.
/ooc is only for question or public messages.
Guy 1: i want to sell some guns lets ask in OOC
Guy 2: oh no, you cant do that and reports
Admin: tells he cant do that but only while using /advert, and tells him he cant and say thats that in the rules,

Player x accuses player y for RDMing him, the console log shows that player y killed player x.
i would tell him that he did rdm [x] and if he agrees il just warn him
if he starts shooting or so, i would jail him and try talking to him if that doesnt work il jail him for 3min.

Player x accuses player y for breaking NLR, the kills are pretty close together in console (a few lines apart) at a peak time.
probbebly it would maby be in spawn or sniped if thats treu i would ask if people say than im sure otherwise i would see if any more reports come in about NLR or RDM and i would warn him.

Player x calls for help in the OOC chat because his bank is being raided
i would say he needs to advert that and if he got raided and killed i is NLR. and i would say to him to pls stop if its NLR if he continues i would warn him

Why I should be chosen (we recommend around 150 words).
I want to help moderate the server and do many tasks such as handling chat disputes, punishing rule-breakers, and defending the server from any other possible threatening ways that may come. Multiple times I've been on, the load of players can not be handled by the small team of staff. On some occasions, there was actually no staff online - leaving a whole server for 'trolls' to abuse. I've fully read the rules and obviously since my past, I know all the secrets which people do to rule break, I'm not a rule breaker anymore, but due to my past, I feel like I'd be an asset too the community by finding out rule breakers who do what I have done in my past. I feel like due to my experience with other communities, I'd be an amazing asset, from developing, to moderating, etc. I'm always constantly on Garry's Mod, I currently have 1210+ hours game time on Garry's Mod, meaning that I've played for over almost 3 months. I could put this spare time into Zarp Gaming, bettering the server in any possible way I can. I wish too make the community cleaner of rule breakers in any possible way I can. I'm an extremely experienced coder so I hope if one day I could reach the high ranks, there would be opportunities for me to help the community in further ways, such as coding/developing in anyway I can. I've lived in Holland all my life and dont only speak English, meaning I can communicate easily with players due to English being the main language on the server. Due to all of the servers I've been staff on, I feel that I could better this community and put all of my experience dedicated into community.
