You say that you made an F1 and it wasn't responded to. What if he made an f1 that he was stuck and nobody responded? What if he didn't know about the kill command? I Agree with this,

If F1's aren't handled obviously users will take it into their own hands to try and rectify the problem... I think this should be denied.
