When it will be appropriate to use the ban command?
When someone is:
* Hacking/Scripting {I wil ban him permently}
* DDos threats {I wil ban him permently}
* Death threats
* Avoiding Punishment
* Massive rulebreaking/disrespect/racism
When someone is doing one of the things above multiple times i would use the ban command.

Explain any situation you had to work around in your time as a moderator. How could your promotion help this?
Sometimes when i kick someone he is comming back on the server and he continues being disrespectfull. I just kept giving him the punishment but he just rejoined. I tried to get a Admin online but there was no Admin. If i was a Admin i banned him for it.

Why I should be promoted (Give at least 75 words)
Because i think that it is time. I like the server alot and i like being a Moderator but sometimes they just keep rejoining. I want a upgrade and do more for the server. I want to help people and the Moderators if they need help and if there isn't a Admin online but only a moderator then i can help the moderator to get all the rulebreakers off the server. If i have Admin i can help the server with all things that the server is expected from me. I'm trusted with the power because I was selected as a Moderator.

I think you can improve yourself a lot in here, you are missing some.
You are giving an explanation about avoiding punishment, why didn't you add that to When it will be appropriate to use the ban command?

Your activity is good.
I don't see you handling much situations, try to do more until friday.

I think you should improve your app, like i said with the ban command.

- Activity is great
- Application looks good

Negatives

- Missing Racism from your ban list
- Although activity is good, I haven't seen you on the servers myself so I don't know how you deal with situations.

For now it's a [attachment=4106]neutralsup_2016-02-04-3.png[/attachment], you're almost there but i feel that there are a few things that could be improved.

How To Improve

- Keep your activity up.
- Edit your ban list with the advice I have given you. (Racism)
- Say hello if you see me on the server, that way I can remember you and how you are in-game and the way that you deal with situations that occur.
