Story - So me and a bunch of friends decided to start a mutant revolution and we all became mutants. About 5 mins in to it I was going to the warehouse district where Mix3rz was. I tried to kill a cop who wasn't looking and he killed me. I broke NLR ONE TIME and went back but I didn't try to KILL anyone. He brought me to a sit and my friend asked if I wanna raid bank after the sit so I said yes and I switched to a gangster. LEt it be known I was frozen while he was doing this and he went AFK for like 5 mins so when he came back I was a gangster. He tells me that he will now ban me for 3 days for "trolling" when I only changed the job because I wanted to raid with my friends. He banned me before I could tell him it was a misunderstanding.

if this is true, you broke NLR once and changed jobs to go raid the bank. If you had changed jobs then instantly raided the bank it would be job abuse but where you didn't get the chance to raid it, it was not job abuse. I don't think a ban was needed but I will talk to mix3rz when I can.
