Reason - he kept warning me without just cause and falsy demoted a player because he said "audio was bad" when me and another player by the name of Javers can disagree with he.
Story - he demoted my friend then when i questioned him, he warned me 3 times under 10 minutes because he didnt like that i called out his false demote.
Proof - steamcommunity.com/profiles/76561198159806806/screenshots/ (the other screenshots are on my friends as i was kicked.)

Kyle you will need some more proof because this is just showing him warning you not if it was invalid or any abuse was involved.

So your friend had a low quality sound as a Radio manager so I started a demote which was successful
You then tried to start a demote for me
DEMOTE: Free Anal #SoapMac Titties (STEAM_0:0:99770539) started a demote for Notso EMP #Jose4SA with Reason: Shitty Admin, cant stop radio without good cause
I warned him for the disrespect within that demote and the demote itself for being false.
He called admin abuse as I canceled it.
He then called me a bitch which was his final warn before being kicked.

I have a video recording but since there is no valid evidence being brought unto me I shall not bother uploading it.

In the rules this would say under the Radio manager job you can demote for bad Audio Quallity not bad taste in music. It is up to the player if they think the audio sounds well or not and if enough people vote yes then thats the servers choice to demote him or not. Also your proof shows a warning nothing else and it's very little proof even if he did something wrong.
Get more proof or nothing will happen but the demote reason was valid.
This will mostlikley be denied

but not if everyone else disagrees and thinks its good

he has no proof against what i did, so i got banned by him for "fail RP" when i stated that anyone who saw it should go to this thread and help.

Here's the thing
If the vote actually passes clearly the audio is of a lower quality the one would expect because that would require people to agree and more people to agree then disagree.

well you better upload it because buddy you are screwed banning me for requesting that people WHO SAW THE EVENT should come to this thread

I started a demote and everyone voted according to what they think.

Right now your evidence is not enough for this demote to be considered
Since I have done nothing wrong, the only way valid evidence will be presented from your side is if it's maliciously crafted.
If that does occur my evidence will clear my name.

I onus of proof lies upon you to prove any abuse may have occurred.

Stop arguing, witnesses do not count, you advert abused, it was not a false demote, you canno't use your admin powers to (auto demote) as there is nothing to make a demote go in your favour. If he seen it all happen he can punish due to what he has seen with his own eyes that is why staff have the rank they have is because they are trusted to do things correctly without needing proof.

Soxey is a well behaved administrator who has far beyond enough experience as a staff member to make the right calls. The only time Soxey will ever be cross with someone is; if they were cross with him first and/or aren't following the rules.
From what I know he gives fair warnings, even letting people get a chance to correct things before giving them an actual warning.
I will not argue over this, nor will I post more on this topic. I'd just like to give my two cents on the subject.

Just to let you know Kylie, if you aren't bringing up any proof that you have been randomly warned and Notso EMP abused his admin powers this thread is going to be denied.

EDIT - Reading over your old comments witnesses doesn't count, doesnt matter who sees it they can't witness as it could be friends which is why we use proof in this community
