TOPIC: [RESOLVED]Printers and Server crash

Hello , so , just a few minutes ago i was on the server , just got on with my friend Kameleon , so we bought 2 printers (sapphire) and some other normal printers , we made a secure base and all good , but 30 minutes later the server crashed and we didn't got any money and the printers dissapeared. I'm sorry to say it , but i'm dissapointed and it's unplayable , i lose money just beacuse of the server's techincal issues and i don't think that's supposed to happen in a normal RP server. I would like a money refund since i lost them beacuse of the server crash , and they were alot aprox 100k , Thanks alot.

Unfortunately if the server crashes and you lose your stuff you can't get a refund (I lost around 200k in crashes), but when the server gets more stable crashes will be less frequent.

The server crashes are not our fault, and the staff/owners are under no obligation to refund you.

Before the sevrer closed I lost about 4-600000 from crashes, I never got a refund so I doubt you will now.
