Suggestion Title: Add a chat at forums

How would it benefit the server: We will have more fun, Especially for the people who are on forums only. We can have a chat each others so we will have more fun. You can add admins there for the people who are flaming and etc.

Potential Issues/Exploits: None

Additional notes: You can check Kunena here. Its a great extension for joomla (I guess Zarp is powered by joomla) and its easy to install

Well since I am in school on there WiFi those links don't work so I am guessing you are talking about like a chat bar at the top or bottom of the forums where you can just talk about things. It's been denied a fucktillion times and will be denied again.

I'm sure (although not 100%, correct me if I'm wrong) that really old ZARP used to have some kind of chat.

I dont think I have ever been so confused with a suggestion. You do realize that the forums themselves are Kunena, hense why it says Powered By Kunena Forum at the bottom of every page...
