What would you like to add?: Demote all admins that didn't apply.
How would it benefit the server/why do you want to add this? Scottie has posted alot of requests to get the admins demoted that broke the rules. And i don't think that should be allowed. I, myself, think they should reapply.
Would it be exploitable, and if, how could we make it non-exploitable? No.
