TOPIC: [SERVER] Demote Request - The Gamer Guy

Before I begin, I know that is probably not enough to demote him, however I want the staff to be aware of this guy

What did the Staff Member do?:
3 things (Only proof for 2)

1. Spam advert
Gamer guy was running for mayor, and to promote himself he recklessly spammed the chat.

2. He doesn't understand the rules
A policeman can random search, if he roleplays it. That is what the rules says:
- You can randomly weapon check as long as you roleplay it (eg: "/me subjects to random weapon check. Don't move or you will be arrested.")
Gamer Guy believes that you have to do a /me, even though it clearly says "eg:" which is latin for: "for example".
He almost warned me for not doing a /me. What did what type a message in chat. So yes I roleplayed it.
I see this as a huge problem, that I cant rely on moderators to know the rules.

3. Illegal base
Gamer guy made a roof base on something higher than a 2 story building
(No Proof, but a fantastic demonstration) The red house was where he build.
It is clearly higher than a 2 story building
From the rule book:
4.27 Roofs - You are not allowed to base or be on any roofs that are on the outer edges of the map or that you can fall out of the map with. You are only allowed to base on roofs 2 story's ( two floors ) or smaller anything higher isn't allowed.

He was just showing an old dupe a friend made, therefore the sign.

1. I may have gone a little overkill with the adverts but there is nothing wrong with actually adverting for people to vote yes.

2. Read the rules, lol, the rules should be more clear, the example is an example of a /me. /me is used to "roleplay it".

3. I was showing Prophet Miro and Alexzander a base which Patrick™ had given me a while back, I was not basing in there and I had even asked Miro to RPG it for fun. There was a clear path up there too.

So please read the rules or speak to me about things to hear my story next time. Thank you.

From what i have seen in the proofs there is nothing wrong.This is gonna get denied if you don't get enough proof here.
