Reason - Rdm, big gun as citizen, attempt to mass rdm, "nigga" textscreens
Story - Citizen runs around sniping people so I follow him and watch him, guys who he tried killing kill him, one of them attempts to rdm me, then after they die I walk away into another district where I'm rdm'd, I respawn and a guy was placing "Nigga" textscreens at spawn.
