The videos are from when I got RDMed/CDMed to when my F1 gets finished, which is not far after they are handled.

Imagine if you're a new player... and you had to deal with this shit.
This is total bullshit and should be addressed
Throughout these videos multiple staff can be seen interacting by OOC or even just walking around showing that they do have the ability to spare some free time.
Yet somehow it took 44minutes and 20minutes to do 2 F1s. During that time I was RDMed multiple times after.
I just would hate for a new player to deal with this (Some of which did)
This isn't even the first or second time this has happened.
Things like this happen repeatedly.

You banned the hacker/massRDMer after he'd been at it for a good 10 minutes.
See you still where shown to be moving and talking, why didn't you do my F1? Why did it take so long?
If you had handled it I could've given you all the proof of 5 RDMs including me and multiple RDMs involving others

and I wasn't even the only one with F1s being unhandled. and being RDMed
you only started to respond when someone shouted in OOC. So you're kinda showing some bullshit right there. Taking OOC requests over an F1
