26 seconds isn't that big of a deal in my opinion literally he just has to be told to make sire its 5 minutes next time and he can go on. I doubt that this was worth posting about maybe just telling him in private or telling a SA was a better idea but either way its technically Job abuse I guess but he probably will only get told to make sure its 5 minutes.

It's 24 seconds. And guys, listen to me. Honestly, if a mod tp'ed to a user, which had done the same scenario, there wouldn't be anything issued. Honestly, I don't even think talking should be issued in this case.
