Suggestion Title: New Community Manager

How would it benefit the server: Currently we have one and he's doing a good job but I believe it's time for a new addition to the community team to bring new ideas and concepts and help the community in general.

Potential Issues/Exploits: None

Additional notes: personally this is a great idea because we aren't losing anything by doing this, i think hitman, morgan, or tyler would be great for the job!! maybe we can have a vote or something??
