While a full scale demote would not be really needed here, I feel a quick talking to would be more beneficial. This was mentioned to him during training and it seems he may have just forgotten it. Anyway that would be my final decision although I am in no place to give my verdict.

I agree with Wheatly. I'm pretty sure Jordan doesn't usually mess up. A speaking to would do fine. I'm sure this is also a common mistake as sometimes you can forget what job you are
