Firstly i would like to say i do not want the admin demote just enlightened on the rule.
I was warned for RDM.

Stroy:
I was with my gang and we was wanted, i police come round the corner saw us and directly started to run at me, i waited untill he has around 5 meter away from me when he pulled out a arrest baton and possibly swug his baton i cant remember fully. At this point i was 100% sure he was going to arrest me any second. I shot him in the head and he died.

I get teleported alay and asked by a admin why i killed this swat, i explain to him what i just said, he then said 'You are getting a warning for RDM' i said sorry what.. He said he had to of swung the stick at you or its RDM i said i wasnt sure but i think so, now being a x-staff my self i am fully aware that this was not RDM as you guys are also aware...

The rule has always been and i have been told by head admins that if you are wanted with a sniper out and there is police running at you with a arrest baton or shooting at you with a gun or tasering you, you can kill them. Therefor can i have my warning removed thanks.

I can vouch for this also. It all took place through the tunnel left of spawn.
