To proof that I haven't faked the STEAM_ID:

The first and second ones do look like RDM, although you provoked him in the 1st there was no reason for the second. You were a drug dealer and clearly weren't part of the base.

I'll Accept this and ban him for an hour when I get home for 3 counts of RDM.

RDM 2 seems invalid, RDM 2 he could have been counter raiding or basing there and RDM 3 looks like he didn't know that you had to have a gun out to kidnap.

I've edited the post, a slight oversight, although there was still no valid grounds for the kill event disregarding that detail.

Also, in #3 there was clearly a /me bind used to ask the reporter to stop following him.

Right rdm 1 was because he was cam spamming and trying to piss me off basically if you look in chat
on rdm 2 i was raiding them and they knew that and i was still because i was getting guns ect then they apeared so i killed them off
rdm 3 check chat, i put KOS if you follow me and he kept following

i think a hour ban is far too much...

Alright, after careful consideration and evalutation of both sides of the argument, I have decided to change the punishment. He was clearly being provoked in the first clip, while it was RDM, and he should've ignored him, it shouldn't be weighted as heavily as a spontaneous random kill. In the second one, they were outside and clearly not trying to raid, so you shouldn't have killed them, but I will give you the benefit of the doubt and consider it a mistake. It happens to all of us I suppose. Consequently. Instead f a ban, the user will receive a talking to and a warning in game the next time I see him.
