TOPIC: Help me please

I cant see textscreens right this is how they all show up and all materials for like base probs like the one way prop and all the other building props don't show up so i cant see any material put on it. Please help me I'll pay if someone can help me fix it ive completely uninstalled it and it still don't work. Click Here!!

Open gmod go to video settings and then go to advanced settings
