Toog was owning a door with a base inside as a Hobo.

Story

I was walking down the side walk on my way to the Banker NPC when I hear the mayor yell over to me , " HELP ME THIS HOBO IS TRYING TO LOCK ME INSIDE" as the hobo closed the door and locked it. I then got a warrant and battering rammed the door and got the mayor out alive. I started taking screenshots of him owning the door as a hobo to make this warn request.
