Suggestion Title: Make staff lists have there steamID

How would it benefit the server: If your reporting a staff member it will make it easier for the reporter to find the steamID

Potential Issues/Exploits: It will take a while to update the current staff lists

Additional notes: N/A

You can just use this and insert the link that is on the rank list.
