Hi Hugz4Spookz,

We've just taken a look into this issue for you. You currently have 2 other accounts linked to the same Steam profile (zarpgaming.com/index.php/forum/profile/19257 and zarpgaming.com/index.php/forum/profile/19263) which is causing your upgrades not to appear in-game. What we have done is un-linked these other accounts and moved your Booster Pack upgrade to this account. All you need to do now is re-connect to the server and claim your Booster Pack in-game from the F4 Menu Donate tab. In future be sure to use this account Hugz4Spookz and your upgrades will be applied automatically.
