Suggestion Title: No Collide Cars

How would it benefit the server: People can just random run peeople over with there car and sometimes it's so annoying as you lose your stuff. If we no-collide cars we won't be getting f1's or players complains about car deathmatches.

Potential Issues/Exploits: Driving through bases (But you can fix that)

The idea itself is good, but I think it might be way too buggy.

And I don't know if this is implemented how and if the devs can fix the buggy nature of it.

I don't often comment on suggestions but this one is really bad I already know people wouldn't like it just for the fact its weird I mean come on who as a car that can drive in to people and they don't get hurt? Sounds like something from harry potter to me. There would be cars going in to bases and all kinds of mess going on with them I know you said it can be fixed but no one as time to be making problems when we already have enough as it is.

9 out of 10 would lock this thread if they could I'm the 1 that won't just for the bants.

I really hate getting run over by cars. I will even try to avoid them but they move over to try and hit me.

Wish there was a easy way to fix this like the damage is decreased from cars so all it does is injure you but does not kill you.
