Hi Bobjeee,
We have just taken a look into this for you, and can see that you've already linked your Steam profile. All you need to do now is press the "Buy Now" button from the ZARP VIP page and follow the instructions on PayPal to purchase the upgrade. If you've already purchased ZARP VIP before on an old account, just log in and make a post requesting your Steam profile to be re-linked, and we'll help you out.
