What do you call no effort?

Looking at your moderator application you wrote a total of 736 words, not including the template.
Mr. Soxey over here wrote 731 words. So what do you call effort?

Not to mention that your application was full of gifs, images and all of that crap which only made it look less professional and more like a kid that watches anime 24/7 trying to get a rank.

His application is straight to the point and focused on the most important thing. "Why should I be chosen."

His application is way, way easier to read than yours aswell. It only has 2 colours, bolds and underlines the questions and that's it. Nothing more, nothing less.

Yes, he should put his game trackers. But don't say it has no effort because he doesn't have 2 links in it.

And we know for a fact Soxey is the shit.

TFW this is half a joke. I could go straight to admin but just for fun I decided to apply for mod with this app.
Also programming is relevant to zarp if you develop things, like let's say an admin panel for darkRP or a Lua to Java interface to increase the performance of gmod.

First of all, you know nothing about coding as shown when you said "Java interface" Garrys Mod is always coded in Lua and has never been coded with Java and never will be. Secondly we Zarp does not need any current Developers ad probably will never need one. Seeing that we currently already have an Admin panel, you won't be needing one of them. Lastly if you maybe came Developer how could people trust you who wants to become a Mod with a server and its coding #BackDoorsForTheWin As Remixful said "How is programming relevant to SSRP?" it really not at all relevant, just makes you seem power hungry in ways.

Now lets get to your app, people say "Straight to the point" etc etc. I see that in someways but from your feedback you have yet to improve the app making you seem lazy and not putting in enough effort. We need your gametrackers to prove your activity on the server, if not that will likely get you denied (Not saying it will).

Thanks for applying for staff at ZARP SSRP! During our weekly staff meeting your application, question answers, game trackers and in-game warnings are checked and then the staff team votes on your application.
