Shout vote for bhop

Server Name: Bhop

Suggestion Title: Shout vote

How would it benefit the server: It would create a fun and more user friendly way of voting.

Potential Issues/Exploits: People not being able to continue while vote is active ( however on servers such as TTT and deathrun there is a close / minimise feature )

Additional notes: I think this would be a great feature as the current bhop voting system is dull and boring.
