TOPIC: [SSRP] Warn request - Brother Charlie

What did the Staff Member(s) do?: FailRP; stealing legal entities as cop, and physgun abusing.

What server(s) was this on?: Server 1

Evidence:

Figure 1. clearly shows Charlie stealing empty pots as S.W.A.T, although there is nothing illegal in any shape or form with empty pots.



Figure 2. clearly shows him freezing the person who shot him because he stole the pots, stopping him from killing him. He then proceeded to tell him he can't shoot him for it, even though in RP if someone steals your stuff it's perfectly allowed to steal it.

He then proceeds to noclip away. I stopped recording at this point.

Well, it is decent proof, there was no valid reason behind him stealing those pots. Him noclipping back and freezing him once being shot, yeah that's definately not acceptable.

He most likely forgot pots aren't illegal entities.

Sorry about the pot thing, I forgot that they are legal entities at that point, I still cant see how I abused ? I no-clipped to the admin arena afterwards hense why im pointing down, under the ground. I freezed him after he shot at me, at that point I couldn't remember if they were aloud to shoot me after that, but then I remembered. Embarressed about my mistake I told him to not do that as you can see in the video. I then no-clipped to the admin arena to see if anyone was there.

I'm not saying a demote is warranted, but this seriously needs to be adressed. The "rules he forgot" are the fundamentals of DarkRP, if you steal shit people can kill you, don't abuse your admin powers, and don't break the law as cop.

Abuse is not tolerated at all. What he did there was unacceptable. You should know the rules and you should know how to role play it out.

Before you guys get all butt hurt remember, STAFF IS SETTING AN EXAMPLE FOR OTHER PLAYERS. And if staff are breaking rules and abusing, others will think that is allowed too.

I think a warn is to pity of a punishment he should probably be demoted.
