I got rdmed while mining by a civilian with an awm and luckily i was recording. I would like to get my Diamond Pickaxe back please. I had a video if him killing me in the mines. Then i spoke with Smartkiller and he told me to request a refund in the forums.

As previously stated - It's not mandatory to refund you for rulebreaks, even if the evidence is satisfactory.

Assuming you another item from Charlie, there's no reason for this request to still be open.
