Story - The server was really laggy while i was driving my car and while driving it is hard to control and can sometimes leave your driving on the sidewalk or in a wall after a lag spike. So when driving i was accidentally hitt people in my car, some because of the lag and some becasue they were in the middle of the road. Mycherrycrush taken me and asked me why I had CDMed so many people and I said because of the lag and people being in the middle of the road. He said that it them being in the middle of the road is not an excuse, when i clearly is. He then went to ban me and the black screen came up so I shouted that they should fix the server before banning people for their problem. He then banned me for 2 years.

I don't know why he did

I am one of the people that was in the car when the servers lagged out, during the lag spike he had no control over the car and when the server stopped lagging the car had hit some people who were in the middle of the road.

Spoke to cherrycrush about this, sorry for the reason for your ban, I've let cherry know that banning someone for the reason for previous bans is not a reason for a ban. As for the CDM and disrespected, we both agree that the ban given to you could have been easily avoided, and instead replaced with warnings. You've been unbanned, thanks for playing ZARP.
