What is Ghosting? and give an example: Ghosting is when u are dead and u tell someone something that could effect the game like saying what portal to go into.

How would you deal with a disrespectful player?: I would tell them to stop or if they are not stopping i would warn him for disrespect.

Why I should be chosen: I think i should be chosen because i would like to help this server control the community that they have and to help others that are confused or need help. Also i have been T-admin on a deathrun server before and know most of the commands in the ulx menu. I have already started to love this server because of the community that is has and that the staff are so nice to the members. I would really like to help the server out by becoming a member of staff and i am mostly on everyday unless i have to go somewhere but i am on after. Another reason why i think i should be picked is because i see alot of people trap stealing and spamming or using exploits when there is no staff on and i could help stop that.

It's a good application could do with more detail into your explinations tho' as it looks a bit to rushed, you follow the rules always helpful and good at the game

Good activity and gametime. Nice and helpful in game, always asks me to come on when there is rulebreakers on the server.

Could expand your explanation of Ghosting though, as it asks for an example. As an example of what you could put would be: Player A is dead and tells Player B who is a runner and is alive the code on Helix, this would be ghosting.

For the disrespect section you could mention muting/gagging the player who is disrespecting.

Other than that, all is good!
