TOPIC: I did not get my steam game

On the wheel menu it sais that with a case a game is guaranteed but when I opened mine nothing happened.
Luckily I recorded it:

I doubt that is enough evidence, you should've kept recording.

Hey I record everything you want more I'll get you more XD. If someone who can help me asks for more ill upload more.

I think this is enough proof, What should happen is it come up with a thing like the other cases and lands on a game.

Hopefully someone higher will sort you out.
